Monitors application statuses and employer responses
Important: GoApply is a tool to assist your job search. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers. Success depends on many factors including your qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including resumes, cover letters, work history, and other personal information ("User Content"). However, to provide the Service, you grant us a limited license.
By uploading User Content, you grant GoApply a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

GoApply uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models to:
You maintain full control over which applications are submitted. You can review, edit, or decline any AI-generated content or application before it is sent. Our AI assists but does not make final decisions without your approval.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all materials before submission.
BY USING OUR AUTOMATED APPLICATION SUBMISSION FEATURES, YOU:
By using our automated application features, you are providing your electronic signature and consent to be bound by employer certification requirements as if you had personally signed each application.
GoApply offers both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, all fees are non-refundable. No refunds for partial months or unused features.
We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at your next renewal after 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by GoApply and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal job search purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You acknowledge that employers may use automated screening tools that could negatively impact applications submitted through our platform.
YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING GOAPPLY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOAPPLY BE LIABLE FOR:
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF GOAPPLY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoApply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all data. We will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required for legal compliance. No refunds will be provided for prepaid subscription fees.
If you have a dispute with GoApply, please contact us at admin@goapply.ai to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be held in Delaware, United States. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
SMALL CLAIMS EXCEPTION: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST GOAPPLY.
If any court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is void or unenforceable, then the dispute resolution provisions shall be deemed null and void with respect to such proceeding.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoApply and supersede all prior agreements.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or platform notice 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
GoApply shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks, or changes to third-party platform APIs or terms.
